When this business first opened, the original owner was a New Yorker who had the idea to bring the authentic taste of New York pizza to California. He decided to call it West Brooklyn Pizza: The Brooklyn taste on the West Coast.

Since opening in 1985, West Brooklyn Pizza has been pleasing diners in San Rafael, CA. For the last 30 years, this restaurant has been well managed by three generations of families keeping the same recipes and passion for the food while bringing customers the best New York pizza experience in a West California way. We use all-natural ingredients, no preservatives, special dough, and sauce prepared daily in our kitchen. Only the finest mozzarella and imported cheeses!
